For private installations, we do not need a site visit before the day of the installation. If you have any concerns about the potential installation area, sending us a picture via email is usually enough for us to advise. If the installation is in a tight space or going in to concrete, sending over a picture would be appreciated as we know what to expect.
For commercial installations, a Risk Assessment and Method Statement will be filled out prior to the installation and completed upon arrival.
