Garden access
If there’s side access to the garden, this is very straight forward. Please ensure the route is as clear as possible so we’re able to get in and out with minimal disruption to you. If access is through the garage, please ensure there’s a clear pathway for us to reach the installation area.
If there’s no side access and we need to go through the house, please let us know in advance. Although this is no problem, if we know ahead of time, we’re able to make the necessary arrangements so we’re able to unload our materials our tools as smoothly as possible without getting in your way.
Parking
We have a fair amount of heavy materials to unload, so the closer we can park to the installation area the better. If there’s no driveway parking or space directly outside the house, please let us know in advance so we can plan our workaround before the day of the installation.
