Garden pull up bar and salmon ladder installation for calisthenics or OCR
For this set up, we use 15x15cm posts, at a 3.6m length and have 2.7m out of the ground. We recommend having the bar at full height, so it doesn’t get in the way of the salmon ladder. The pull up bar is 1.5m, giving you enough room for various pull exercises.
The salmon ladder rungs are 30cm apart and a 1.8cm aluminium bar is included (3.37cm width).
