Garden pull up bar and dip bars installation
Garden pull up bar and dip bars installation for calisthenics or Crossfit
This is our most popular installation and is perfect for bodyweight training. You're able to train your entire upper body; pulling movements on the pull up bar (back and biceps) and pushing movements on the dip bars (chest, shoulders and triceps). There are also hundreds of abs exercises you can do on both.
The layout can be chosen on the day. Once we're on site, we lay the bars on the floor and agree the positioning before we start digging.
Our pull up bars are perfect for calisthenics and Crossfit. They're load tested to 300kg and can handle kipping muscle ups, toes to bar, etc with ease. Our dip bars are equally strong; they can easily take multiple users and weighted dips.
We use 125x125mm timber posts that are pressure treated and have a pyramid top to ensure a long life. The pull up bar posts are 10ft tall, with 8ft out of the ground. The dip bars are 7ft tall, with 5ft out of the ground.
Our pull up and dip bars come in three different lengths: 125, 150 and 200cm. We bring different length bars with us to see what works best in the available space. Information on the finishes (powder coated vs galvanised) can be found here.
Measurements (please note these are for a 150cm bar)
