PNP Fitness - gym reopening

The Push n Pull gym reopened last week, after being closed for upgrades and a refurb.

We installed a pair of pull up bars, in the walk way outside the gym, for weighted pull ups and muscle ups.

The gym is part of the Masbro Community Centre in Hammersmith and is ran by two of the strongest people in the calisthenics scene. You can follow the gym on Instagram here - www.instagram.com/pnp_fitness.
